I’ve been looking into B2B employee experience (EX) consulting, but I’m still not clear on what it really entails. I understand it’s about improving the employee journey, but how do consultants actually help businesses achieve that?
What do B2B EX consulting projects typically include? Do they focus on employee surveys, process improvements, leadership training, technology tools, or cultural initiatives? How hands-on are consultants, and what outcomes should companies realistically expect from these engagements?
