5. Craft the Occult Gems
Once you have collected all the required materials, head back to Diablo 4 Items Gelena to craft your Occult Gems. There are three types of Occult Gems you can craft:
Magic Occult Gems: The base tier, providing basic stat boosts.
Rare Occult Gems: These offer better affixes and more powerful boosts.
Legendary Occult Gems: The top-tier gems, that provide the strongest bonuses and synergies.
Each type requires varying amounts of materials, and you will be able to buy Diablo IV Items craft multiple gems at once, depending on how much you farm and gather.
