Zentel Tablet is an antiparasitic drug that treats worm-related infections. If you are breastfeeding, you should check your doctor before taking any medications, including Zentel 400. Albendazole appears in breast milk in trace concentrations, and its effects on a breastfeeding newborn are unknown.

While Zentel is generally deemed safe in adults, there is limited evidence of its safety in breastfeeding women. Some studies suggest that it may be safe for the infant, but side effects including as gastrointestinal discomfort or allergic reactions are possible.
