Efficient Farming Strategies
While there are multiple sources for Exquisite Blood, some are more efficient than others. As of the latest updates, Helltides have emerged as the most effective method for farming Exquisite Blood. Here’s how to Diablo 4 Items make the most out of your Helltide runs:
Raise Threat Level: Quickly farm Aberrant Cinders to increase your Threat Level.
Combat Hellborne and Helltide Assassins: Defeat these enemies to earn Exquisite Blood drops.
Open Tortured Gifts: Look for Tortured Gifts of Living Steel or Mysteries in the Helltide Zone. Collect Baneful Hearts and any Boss Summoning Materials that drop.
Summon the Blood Maiden: With about 10-15 minutes remaining in the Helltide, head to the Blood Maiden’s ritual location (marked on the map). Use Baneful Hearts to summon her. Kill her and her minions to obtain Exquisite Blood.
Repeat: Continue farming until you run out of Baneful Hearts or the Helltide ends. Join other players at the Blood Maiden’s altar to Diablo 4 Items for sale expedite the process and gather additional Baneful Hearts.
