The Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Asia Casino Trade Fair and Conference kicks off today (Tuesday, June 4) at the Macau Casino Resort in Venice. The three-day event is hosted by Reed Exhibitions Ltd and the American Gaming Association.
Many of the Asia-Pacific casino industry's top casino equipment suppliers will be displayed on the show floor, according to event organizers.
They are expecting "more than 8,000 visitors," "more than 100 ″ exhibitors" and "more than 800 buyers" during the event, according to an earlier statement.
An event called 'Asia IR Expo' is being held at the same time as G2E Asia 2024. It will cover 'integrated resort' businesses such as non-game tourism and services.
For G2E Asia itself, 2024 innovations include "technology zones" and "tech talk forums." They cover "hospitality management, customer relations, identity management and security."
G2E Asia Conference topics include emerging Asian casino markets, cybersecurity, data protection and financial crime trends.
The Asia IR Expo will also host a conference branded as "Asia IR Summit" with conference sessions covering art, sports and entertainment related to the integrated resort business.
Alejandro Tengco, chairman and chief executive of Philippine Entertainment Gamesa, the Philippine casino regulator, is scheduled to be the keynote speaker for the final day of G2E Asia.
