You've probably heard about the COVID-19 virus or coronavirus. You might have been worried about getting sick, but it looks like you are going to be okay. Many of the people who are having trouble with the coronavirus have a cold or other common illness. You may get a cough or sore throat. But, you don't need to worry too much.
You can help protect yourself from this virus, as well as from others. It's called social distancing. It means staying away from others as much as possible. It's good for you, and it's very metal birds important. You shouldn't have anything to do with your fellow neighbors, friends, and relatives. Stay away. If you can, stay home.
Here are some other things you should do.
Clean everything: Get a dustpan and dust everything in your house. That includes your bedding, tables and chairs, the door handles, light switches and more.
Cough into a tissue: It doesn't need to be a real tissue. Just a regular paper towel works just fine.
Stay away from others: This isn't just you. It's also everyone else. Keep your distance. Don't be touching. Don't shake hands. Don't hug.
