Foaming agent is a substance that makes the target substance pore, which can be divided into three categories: chemical foaming agent, physical foaming agent and surfactant.
Chemical foaming agents are compounds that can release gases such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen after heating and decomposing, and form pores in the polymer composition; physical foaming agents are foam pores that change through the physical form of a certain substance. That is, compounds formed by the expansion of compressed gases, the volatilization of liquids, or the dissolution of solids. The foaming agents have high surface activity, which can effectively reduce the surface tension of the liquid, and arrange a double electron layer on the surface of the liquid film to surround the air to form bubbles, which are then composed of single bubbles.
AC blowing agent is yellow powder, pvc blowing agent is non toxic, odorless and flammable.
Azodicarbonamide is a universal high temperature foaming agent and has good compatibility and dispersity.
Bright yellow powder can be stored in normal temparatur for long time. It will decompose, when the tempearture is over 120.

Blowing Agent is particularly applicable for hot-press small mold & big mould of PE and free style of rubber& plastic compound; commonly applied in MD pelleting injection of EVA, compression molding of PE&PVC, extrusion&coating of PVC, and compression molding & extrusion of rubber& plastic compound. Widely applied in high density EVA PE MD sole, NBR+PVC insulation materials, and handle of sports equipment.
