Special seal for SPGW piston seal Design Description:
SPW combination seals are widely used for heavy duty bidirectional piston seals under high pressure conditions.
Excavator Cylinder Piston Seals are leakproof, crush and abrasion resistant. SPW consists of two PTFE rings,
A T-shaped rubber elastomer and two precision anti-extrusion rings.
SPRSEALS' P4 (Bronze Filled PTFE) has excellent friction and low wear rates.
SPGW has two anti-extrusion rings for effective anti-extrusion.
The initial interference of the elastomer design ensures sealing performance at low pressures.
The inner surface of the cylinder should be honed (GH) or 0.4~3.2umRz (0.1~0.8umRa)
Polished (RLB) but in harshly lubricated strips
More polishing is required under the piece.
