GSD self-locking pneumatic lifting mast is a lifting mast specially

developed by Wenzhou Lucheng Tianhe Automation Component Factory for

long time lifting mast and ensuring that mast does not fall for a long

time.

Working principle of self-locking pneumatic lifting mast:

Plug

self-locking is based on the structural characteristics of the mast

cylinder block model, using the shear force between the guide bar of the

cylinder block and the positioning pin on the lock connection sleeve,

the mechanical positioning of each section of the mast is carried out.

Because the mast cylinder body is made of aluminium alloy and the

section area of the guide bar is very small, the plug self-locking

device is only suitable for small and medium-sized masts with light

load.

GSD self-locking pneumatic lifting mast is a lifting mast

specially developed by Wenzhou Lucheng Tianhe Automation Component

Factory for long time lifting mast and ensuring that mast does not fall

for a long time.

Characteristic

1. It can keep the lifting mast from falling for a long time.

2.

The self-locking device fittings are made of 304 stainless steel to

ensure that the structure of the self-locking device is stable and not

rusty.

3. The zipper is welded with 304 stainless steel ring to ensure that the zipper is firm and rustless.

Instructions for use of self-locking pneumatic lifting rod:

1. Before working, the air rod must be installed vertically with the working face.

2.

Reasonable loading should be carried out according to the bearing

capacity of the gas rod, and no overloading should be allowed.

3.

The power source of the rod is compressed air (40 micron) dried after

general filtration. A constant pressure relief valve of 0-2.5 kg/cm2 has

been installed between the rod and the three-point combination

(filtration, decompression, oil mist) to ensure the safe and stable lift

of the rod. Do not exceed 3kg/cm2.

4. All seals are imported. The

working temperature range is generally - 25 ~90 ~C. If special working

conditions are required, please specify separately for customization.

5.

The through-line lifting pole should pay attention to the insulation of

the cable exposed outside the pole. If there is leakage, it should be

repaired and used again.

6. Vehicle-mounted air pole can start up

and down only when the vehicle is in a static state. It is strictly

forbidden to use heavy objects to directly or indirectly impact the

cylinder block of the air pole, otherwise it will cause adverse

consequences.

7. Lifting is from top to bottom. When lifting the

first section (the smallest), the closing position lock should be opened

first and then inflated and pressurized. The air pressure should be

lowered as far as possible to prevent the equipment from being damaged

by impact.

8. When the second section is lifted, the lock pin

enters the cylinder cylinder lock hole under the action of the spring

when the first section is raised to the lifting lock position, and a

click will occur. At this time, the closed position lock of the second

section should be opened quickly.

9. When the third section is raised, repeat the second section. By analogy, until all cylinders of the lifting mast are lifted.

10.

If the lock pin is stuck because it is too late to unlock during

mid-rise, the pressure should be lowered immediately until the lock pin

can pull back, observe whether the equipment is damaged or not, and then

open the lock pin for upward operation.

11. When descending, it

descends from bottom to top. First, it opens the lift lock of the

penultimate section (the largest section), then slowly lowers the air

pressure until the lock pin enters the cylinder cylinder lock hole under

the action of the spring, and then it makes a beep. At this time, it

opens the penultimate section quickly. Lift lock,

12. In the third

penultimate section of the descent, repeat the action of the second

penultimate section, and so on, until all the lifting masts descend for

this purpose.

If the lock pin is stuck in the process of descent

due to slow action, the pressure shall be stopped immediately and the

pressure shall be slowly pressed until the lifting mast rises slightly

and the lock pin can pull back, and then the lock pin shall be opened

for descent operation.
