Using fluid dynamics numerical simulation software to calculate the appropriate flow field, breaking through the particle acceleration technology, greatly improve the crushing efficiency, reduce the energy consumption over crushing small.
CHARACTERISTICS
The fineness of processing strength reaches 1-74um, and the particle size distribution is narrow and there is no large particle;
● Materials collide with each other for crushing, can process Mohs hardness 1-10 materials, wear is small, the product no iron pollution;
● Reasonable cooling flow field, due to the sharp expansion of air flow in the crushing process, the air flow temperature is reduced, so it is particularly suitable for the processing of heat sensitive, low melting point materials;
