A topic for moms of teens. All kids now spend a lot of time in front of the computer, on social media, or playing games. How do you keep them from interacting with unwanted contacts? How do you control this process?

You can't protect a child from everything in this life. So just let her figure out for herself what is good and what is not. And be there for her, she needs to know that she can rely on you in any situation. But that's my opinion.

There is no need to demonize the Internet. You should talk to your child about how and what she can communicate on the Internet, she should know that she can trust you and come to you with any request or question.  But the biggest danger is often that the child himself does not realize that something bad is going on around him. So I don't see anything wrong with using programs similar to https://celltrackingapps.com/best-spy-software-for-pc/ to control your child's communication online.
