Q1.Are you a factory or trading company ?
A:We're a ceramic factory located in Liling.Hunan,China.
Q2:Can I get a free sample ?
A: Yes,we can send you a free sample for quality checking for those products we have stocks and cost for samples will be freight collected . If no stock mugs , we will ask for sample charge depending on sample quantity and shapes.
Q3:When can I expect to receive the samples ?
A:Generally we will send the samples within 2days when you send sample requirement to us and it will take 3~ 5 working days for transportation from my factory to your office.
Q4:What's your MOQ?
A: We can take small orders based on the quantities you're order to place , the price will be differ from actual order quantities.
Q5:How can you face the quality problem or claims aroused by customer?
