CL series of cable carrier have 4 split models as CL40, CL46, CL66, CL88 and CL110 respectively. They are bridge type plastic drag chain with aluminum cross bars, the cross bars are removable along both the inner and outer radius. The length of the aluminum bars can be adjusted, so the inner width of the cable chain can be customized according to the customers' requirement. The mounting ends are made of steel, they are customized to meet the location of assembly holes on the machines.
The split model numbers are named after the inner height, CL40 is with the inner height as 40mm, CL46 is with the inner height as 46mm, CL66 is with the inner height as 66mm, CL88 is with the inner height as 88mm and CL110 is with the inner height as 110mm. The pitches of the split models are 70mm, 78mm, 99mm, 128mm and 155mm respectively. Certainly, there are several options for the bending radius for each split models, pls refer to below table for the details. This series of plastic drag chain is designed for a long travelling distance as it is with a longer overhead length, it is also designed with heavy duty structure.
