Power Pack
According
to customer`s requirement, GRH offers solutions to hydraulic system, designs
and fabricate hydraulic pumping station for mobile and industrial system.
Mini
power pack includes an AC or DC motor, a gear pump, a valve block with
cartridge valve, and a oil tank. All of these components are integrated into
one assembly, and forms a hydraulic circuit.
Therefore the mini power pack can deliver the flow to the hydraulic
motor or cylinder in a friendly way.
Here
are some mini power packs for different applications.
Specifications:
1. Hydraulic system pressure: 130-180bar
2. Hydraulic oil tank volume: 20L
3. Displacement of Hydraulic pump: 2.1cc/r
4. Motor power: 2.2KW, AC220V
5. Motor rotary speed: 2850r/min
6. Function: Single acting way
7. Color: default red/ white plastic

Notice:
1.This power unit is S3 working type, can not work
continuously, can work repeatedly.
2.Before installation, please be sure the cleanliness
of component like tank, tube and fittings, without any impurities.
3.Viscosity of oil should be 15-68CST, should be clean
and without impurities. Suggest to use N46 hydraulic oil. If need to work
all-weather, must use aviation hydraulic fluid.
4.This power unit is vertical installation.
5.After first work, oil tank should be checked
immediately to see if there`s enough oil.
6.After the first 100 working hour, hydraulic oil
should be replaced. After that, the oil should be replaced every 3000 working
hours.
