Equipment overview:
The rollers´ support is a whole one, all the dimensions is processed by machining centre. The distance (space) between top & bottom rollers is adjusted by eccentric sleeve on the top roller shaft. The lock device ensures
stability of the machine. All the bearings on the top & bottom shafts are lubricated.
Module torii is installed on NMT, adjust the distance through rotation leader screw.

pre-roll forming→ selective punching →cutting →convey →roll forming to bite seaming product→Products discharging .
