Liquid-filled Bourdon pressure gauge

Select the accuracy level of the pressure gauge 1. The accuracy level of the pressure gauge reflects the accuracy with which the indicated value is close to the true value in the comparison between the gauge under test and the precision gauge. It is equal to the percentage of the absolute value of the maximum basic error to the upper limit of the measurement, which is determined based on the size of the error generated during the calibration.

2. China's general industrial pressure gauges are divided into 4 accuracy levels, which are in line with JJG52-1999 "Spring Tube Type General Pressure Gauges, Pressure Vacuum Gauges and Vacuum Gauges" verification regulations for the allowable errors for pressure gauges. The four accuracy levels are: level 1, 1.6, 2.5, and 4. Allowable errors (calculated as a percentage of the upper measurement limit) are ± 1%, ± 1.6%, ± 2.5%, and ± 4%, respectively.

3. China's new digital pressure gauge verification regulations in 2005 were announced and implemented, in line with JJG875-2005 "Digital Pressure Gauge Verification Regulations". The pressure accuracy is specified as ± 0.01%, ± 0.02%, ± 0.05%, ± 0.1%, ± 0.2%, ± 0.5%, ± 1.0%, ± 1.6%. For example, the grades of XY series digital pressure gauges produced by Shenzhen Tianhuacheng Technology Co., Ltd. are ± 0.02%, ± 0.05%, ± 0.1%, ± 0.2%, etc.

4. The method of reasonably selecting the accuracy level of the pressure gauge should be based on the requirements of production technology, economical and practical, and detection methods, and the accuracy level should be selected according to the allowable error required by the minimum value of the measured pressure.
