WORK THEORIES AND USAGE The whole system contains the below parts : 1. the chili feeding and cleaning part with the conveyor and dry cleaning machine ,the chili would be automatically transported and cleaned , the dust and stones will be removed from the chili . 2.the chili crushing and storage part After cleaned , the chili would be put into the crusher to hammer into pieces , then transported into the container for the next milling . 3. the chili milling and packing part At the capacity of 800 kg/h , there would be four millers in the system , the chili would be grinded into qualified powder ,( from 50 mesh -100 mesh ) , then transported to the pack machine . 4. introduction of the roller miller There are 2 pairs of rollers to press and shear the raw materials, finally grinding them into powder. The materials discharged from the rollers will enter to the prolonged cylinder to sift. The qualified mesh powder will be out and packed, and the unqualified powder will be sent to the roller again to mill by the auger automatically. At the end , customers will get the qualified chili powder at demanded fineness .
