SAG mill balls experience both significant abrasive and impact wear due to their large (75 – 100 mm) diameters. Ball mill grinding steel balls experience a greater number of impacts, but at lower magnitude than SAG mill balls, due to the smaller ball size, and smaller mill diameter. Grindingsteel balls requires maximum abrasive wear resistance, with suitable toughness and impact resistance.
Therefore, our R & D team developed a type of grinding steel ball which release great perpormance for most ball mills, and a type of SAG balls which especially designed for the large-scale SAG mills.
These two types of grinding steel balls are rewarded good reputation and use experience from our clients, they also have moderate price.
