Toptada 20 mg Tablet relaxes the elegant muscles that line the inside of blood arteries, allowing more blood to flow to certain parts of the body. It's prescribed for erectile dysfunction, prostate enlargement, and pulmonary hypertension (a high vital sign of blood vessels connecting the lungs and therefore the heart).

This pill isn't meant for women, and males should avoid using other impotence medications without consulting a doctor. It is frequently harmful to take it with nitrate-containing medications (often given for chest pain). If you have serious heart or liver problems, or if you've recently had a stroke or heart attack, or if you have a low vital sign, don't take this prescription. Before taking it, tell your doctor if you have any of these or other health issues. If this medication makes you dizzy, you should not drive. Alcohol should not be used while taking this medication since it may produce negative effects.
