Raymond Mill Working Principle
During the operation of Raymond machine, the materials to be crushed are added into the machine from the feed hopper on the side of the machine cover. Relying on the grinding roller device suspended on the plum blossom frame of the main machine, it rotates around the vertical axis and rotates itself at the same time. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and presses tightly against the grinding ring, so that the shovel blade scoops up the materials and sends them between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, The purpose of crushing materials is achieved due to the rolling and rolling of the grinding roller.
Air separation process: after grinding the materials, the fan blows the air into the main machine shell, blows up the powder, and sorts the analyzer placed above the grinding chamber. The fine and coarse materials fall into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The materials with qualified fineness flow into the cyclone collector with the wind, and are discharged through the powder outlet after collection, which is the finished product. The air flow returns to the fan from the return air pipe at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The air path is circulating and flows under negative pressure. The increased air volume of the circulating air path is discharged through the waste gas pipe between the fan and the main engine and enters the small cyclone collector for purification treatment.
