Barring a portion right in the middle of the film where Eddie wants to give up NZT and then finally decides to use it in acceptable quantity, reviva brain reviews Burger maintains the hyper-kinetic pace that does Limitless a great deal of good. Bradley Cooper is very well cast and one can't thank the heavens enough for his presence as opposed to the original choice of the Shia LaBeouf. Cooper tries a great deal, even manages, to convince us of his vulnerability but like Will Smith doesn't look a loser even when he's playing a convincingly portraying one, Cooper and his blue eyes are never as troubled. This is also a film where Robert De Niro doesn't look bored or working for just a paycheck; he and Cooper make an odd couple but credible nevertheless.
