How to understand that it is time to see a doctor? Because I don't have time to run to the doctor for no reason

If I remember correctly, they are stones in the bile ducts. That means there will be pain, nausea and vomiting for several days. You can't help but notice

Usually if it's just gallstones, there won't be any symptoms and you can only find them on an ultrasound or X-ray. But if one of the stones gets caught in the duct, you will start to experience pain, nausea, and may get a fever.
