At Creative Bioarray, all fresh frozen tissue samples are collected by certified medical pathologists. The small pieces of tissue are snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen usually within 20-30 minutes after the surgical excision. Standard sample weight is 0.5-1.0 gram. An embedding media can be added upon request.
