fortnite battle royale one millionIt’s official, Battle Royale will be the biggest thing in gaming today. If PUBG’s record-breaking rise to fame isn’t enough proof, then perhaps the one million players that Fortnite created during its free Battle Fortnite Skins Royale mode debut is going to do it to suit your needs. Epic Games announced what is this great on Twitter yesterday.
One reason why the sport’s Battle Royale launch was successful is probably since it’s free. With H1Z1: King from the Kill sporting a $20 asking price, and PlayerUnkown’s Battlegrounds choosing $30, it isn’t hard to find out why players would flock to Fortnite. Another reason may very well be PUBG’s recent accusations that Epic Games Buy Fortnite Skins “replicated” their game. As they say, “Any publicity is a great one publicity.”
