Shaft fracture is a common fault in practical use. In case of shaft fracture, the barite ore mill will stop working immediately. Its maintenance is complex and must be paid great attention. Causes and Countermeasures:

1. Long time metal fatigue or poor shaft material. The shaft of barite ore mill is a kind of metal material, which is subjected to the combined torque of torque and repeated impact force for a long time in the process of use.

2. Under the action of long-term impact torque, the material inside the shaft will gradually produce fatigue. When the fatigue limit is reached, it will produce fracture. In addition, there are great differences in torsional strength of different materials. If the material is poor, it will inevitably lead to low flexural strength and fatigue limit, and it is easy to damage.
