Active principle
The active ingredient tadalafil (for more information on the active ingredient see the article Tadalafil) considerably relaxes the muscle tissue thus promoting the blood flow to the penis. In this way, it helps to achieve a firm and lasting erection thanks to which you will be able to enjoy a much better sexual experience.
Dosage and use
The usual dose is 5-20 mg at a time, the recommended starting dose is 10 mg. The tablet should be taken whole, should not be bitten and should be swallowed by drinking a little water on it. Depending on the tolerance to the product, the dose can be reduced to 5 mg. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 20 mg.

- Other severe heart disease or liver disorders
- Rare retinal disease (e.g. retinitis pigmentosa) or loss of vision due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION)
- Taking riociguat (for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension)
- Taking alpha-blockers used to treat hypertension or to treat symptoms of urinary tract disease associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia
- Taking protease inhibitors to treat AIDS or HIV infection
- Taking other drugs to treat erectile dysfunction
Warning
Consult your doctor before starting to take any medications containing tadalafil if you have registered:
- Heart problems
- Peronei’s disease or other penile deformity
- Peptic ulcer or bleeding problems (e.g. haemophilia)
- Intolerance of some sugars (e.g. lactose)
- Sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or multiple myeloma
- In patients suffering from severe kidney problems the maximum recommended dose is 10 mg.
- Taking Vidalista 20 mg at the same time and other medicines must be approved by your doctor, especially if you are taking ritonavir, saquinavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole, and erythromycin.
