Today, the editor will present you with reasons for vibration. There is always one that can solve your "urgency"!

Installation problems

When the ultrafine vertical mill is installed, the center line of the main drive part is not straight, and vibration will occur during the rotation. In this case, the center line must be adjusted in time.

The feed size is too fine or too large

If the feed particle size is too fine, the grinding roller and the grinding ring are easy to directly contact, causing noise and vibration, so the amount of return material of ultrafine vertical mill should be appropriately reduced. If the feed particle size is too large, the amount of return material should be increased to fill the gaps between the large particles to achieve crushing of the material layer.

Uneven feeding or less feeding

If the feeding time is too long or the feeding amount is too small, the feeding amount of ultrafine vertical mill is not enough, causing Raymond to grind empty, that is, the grinding roller directly contacts the grinding ring, causing noise and vibration. The feeding amount can be controlled by adjusting the vibrating feeder to avoid empty load operation as much as possible.
