Only improvements we will probably see is the new engine enhancing shadows, shadows, colors, particle effects and projecting them from the outfits. You may have a look how exactly applying better shadows and colours can improve old equipment by meseta pso2 checking ReShade screenshots. Collabs who have had their cosmetics removed still have their assets exist on the sport so those will probably still be accessible for jp players. Only improvements we will likely see is the brand new engine improving shadows, reflections, colors, particle effects and projecting them from the drapes. You can take a look how just implementing better shadows and colours can enhance old equipment by checking ReShade screenshots.
I don't know this sort of mentality. Do you not play with these match since they are fun to play? Or do you play them with the idea that it's just"worthwhile" if those 100s of hours have been carried over like it's some sort of investment? I read stuff online like this all of the time and it is so strange to me. It's a new game that brings new adventures to be enjoyed. NG being declared does not somehow negate the pleasure of now playing PSO2. NG is supposed to emerge in 2021, which could be over a year from now. That is so much time to relish PSO2.
Ummm we just got the game in NA some of us did not play JPN servers this entire time and now we're being told any progress we make in the variant we just got will be for nothing if you want to play the new game. A number people are also spending some cash in this type of the game. They should have just never published this present variant in NA and just waited till 2021 for this particular one. I'd have never even started playing if I understood a brand new variant of a live service game was coming out. They badly take you step forward and 2 steps back all of the time and it is frustrating. The life span for NA is just starting so it will not make sense in any way. What is the purpose of this game? This is key information.
I mean, for a lot of us this game is no more than a quick log in, 5 min daily, and then lobby idle until UQ, so this (maybe not ) new game won't actually interfere with what a few of us are doing lol I like this game enough that I will probably continue playing it even after NGS starts, especially if they're intent on supporting it until 2022. Also the jury is still out on how cosmetics and other jump things will be managed outside of the vague statement. Cosmetics, premium, and expansions are character bound but we don't know whether they will carry over, but if they do then it will not be a complete waste of money.
I am really excited with this update. I simply don't like that our levels will be flashed. For someone who only started this year with NA, like me, it really hinders my desire to keep improving my character in the version of PSO2 we have today. I do not mind leveling a new personality and whatnot, but if we are keeping weapons and components we really need to know how they'll be taken over. I'd love to have a few good sets of gear to use in the start but it could be... unfortunate if they nerfed a 13 celebrity weapon to a three star or something similar. I really could see a 13 falling to a 12 or 11, possibly even 10 star with valid reasoning and sufficient new equipment to PSO2 Meseta for sale find. However, greater than that would be ridiculous. And if affixes aren't taken over it puts a hamper on trying to affix things to be good equipment.
