You value your child's well-being within the market but a lot of OSRS goldOSRS gold us do not. Many folks don't want children and see time spent enjoying a video game. That's rather the point of the thread; many individuals who make this argument appear to be pushing their values on others, which makes out like their choices to raise a kid are inherently more virtuous than playing a video game and therefore everyone else must cater to them. Technically people who choose to have kids are making an extremely selfish choice.

There are few things you can do to consume more of these planets resources than producing another life. But I'm not going to tell you to not have kids, I'm not going to sit here and tell you that your family responsibilities do not matter just as far as me playing my video game, because I choose to not push my worth as inherently of more worth than yours, and I kindly ask folks making this debate to perform the same.

All the people saying that nobody should care what happens from Runescape, that integrity does not matter, etc are individuals that are likely taking part in these activities, and aren't great at all for the longevity of the game. "Who cares when there is 100 bots at every place, its just a game""Who cares if skills got shifted to 2m xp each hour, it is just a game""Who cares if jagex cares about Runescape and didn't run it into the ground, it is just a game"

I really don't get these people. "I'm going to willingly play this game that I am aware is all about grinding, but think of how I don't have time to do the grinding I understand is different in Runescape I'm choosing to play. No, I will not stop and find a match that better suits the lifestyle I have and the hours I'm able to play, I will make certain Jagex caters to me"

It's frankly too simple, and folks get away with these"offenses" with no repercussion. Jagex should improve their detection and prevention, that's the only real solution.

Vote with your wallet, I've quit playing runescape about 2 decades ago now since I did not need to commit all of my time to a game where someone else can either steal all my progress or accomplish those very same achievements via botting or paying someone else. I remember several years ago of a ribbon on the official rs forums about the way RS3 should have week long dbx weekends since not everyone can have days off on the weekend. Those same people would pay someone to play their account. Then they eventually got their wish.

Because spending 4 weeks of IRL 3,000 hours time getting maxed stats in a video game is not a life priority for them. 4 weeks isnt the best way to demonstrate this. Nobody can utilize 24 hours in a day. If one were to perform 15 hours a day, stopping only to eat and sleep 8 hours it would be 6 weeks and 2 months of nothing but OSRS. If you work a full time job with Old School RuneScape Gold a 45 minute commute each way (wake up at 7:30 get house at 5:45) and play for 4 hours every day that's 750 times (or 25 months) of spending your evenings almost exclusively on runescape.
