Nike Sportswear takes it back to the basketball beginnings for the Swoosh with this vintage-inspired edition of the Nike Blazer Sale. The brand’s first basketball shoe along with its low-top counterpart the Bruin in 1972, the Blazer has since become one of the most iconic lifestyle sneakers (not to mention skate shoes) ever. Nike throws it all the way back to the blazer’s original construction, featuring a suede upper with leather accents in a classic two-toned color block of Team Red and white that looks like it came straight from the hardwood in the ’70s.
The Nike Blazer Cheap has seen countless of makeovers throughout its 40-odd-year history, most recently in a refined premium leather execution by NikeLab. Now for the first time ever, the 1973 sneaker ditches the laces in favor of a zip closure that stretches down from the tongue to the toe. Boasting a tonal nubuck leather upper in black, the minimalist design is finished off with a crisp white vulcanized sole.
The classic Nike Blazer Women was revamped by NikeLab and updated into a contemporary pair of footwear. The Nike Blazer Men Advanced features a streamlined and sleek silhouette constructed out of premium materials. Its smooth leather upper boasts a laceless design with an off-center zipper opening. A perforated tongue, nubuck lining and embossed heel round out the design, all set atop a vulcanized rubber outsole.
Hot on the heels of yet another round of vintage Nike Blazer Discount, the iconic basketball sneaker is set to return in its tweaked, skateboarding style. Adopting a versatile mix of grey tones, this edition is contrasted by an off-white sole. The upper features a thin suede upper and a mesh tongue, and is complete with a set of both black and olive laces.
