In order to test it we chose to give access to Dofus Kamas Retro and the WAVEN alphas only through the Ankama Launcher. This allowed us to observe if it worked for a comprehensive sample of consumers. We needed to encourage players to do with the old updater because it had been becoming obsolete. The technology was so old that if a problem happened, we weren't sure we'd be able to get it working again within a reasonable amount of time.

That's why -- following these initial successes with a rising number of consumers -- roll out the Ankama Launcher to people who had adopted it and we decided to take the plunge. The players' opinions, in addition to that of an independent firm, was conclusive. We were hoping that like with all roll-outs of interfaces, problems would arise. We believed this would involve very few occurrences.

We know that incidents are reported when the platform was available to everyone.

In fact incidents -- which some of you're currently facing right now -- did appear, and our team is working out flat so the platform will likely be stable. We agree that because consumer satisfaction is optimal, we will need to intensify our efforts, although some problems have been fixed. You will soon be able to browse the actual changes made in a changelog to the Launcher.

As regards the KrosmoNote statement and VOD implementation, there is still a long way to go before it's up and running. The staff is not the same as the one responsible for maintaining the platform. The group is prepared to buy Kamas Dofus Retro take this up. We scrutinizing all malfunctions reported to us on the forums and via the Support staff. We're very sorry for the issues some of you are undergoing, and we are doing everything we can to ensure things will be back to normal as soon as possible.
