NOW is here, deal with it NOW in this Meridian Health Protocol Review real life situation as it is happening. Don't put it off one more second! You've got some work ahead of you and you need to get started right now. What we do today determines our tomorrow. If you don't want to suffer from OCD tomorrow, you've got to do the legwork today.

Trust me, the anxiety from not checking that thing one more time will subside usually 30-45 minutes after you refused to check that thing again or do that ritual. Studies have shown this to be true, these numbers aren't out of the blue. I have seen it personally in my own experience and I'm telling you it's true. It won't bother you all day, in fact later on you will say to yourself, "I can't believe I felt I was gonna feel that bothered by that!" Especially after you get home and see that your worst fear didn't happen, that you turned that thing off or what you checked was exactly what you thought the first time.

When your brain sees this, you're starting to teach yourself to trust yourself and you are establishing a habit, that if repeated will become part of the new you, the new OCD free you! Take action: Don't give into your rituals, you know what they are, know that the anxiety that follows will subside quicker than you think it will and continue the process, creating a new habit, a habit of trusting yourself! Do you eat junk food all the time and call it food? I used to.
