Two troubleshooting guides can be used to repair Lexmark Printer head error: –
Method 1: clean the print head.
Method 1 includes the following steps:
- go to the Lexmark printer menu to delete the print head and follow the steps below:–
- Click the button Wrench.
- Scroll down to the screen for repair.
- Scroll the option to replace the print head.
- Check the button ok.
Step 2: Lift the latch and open the Lexmark printer.
Phase 3: raise the Lexmark printer print head.
Stage 4: Clean the print head contacts.
Step 5: Wipe the contacts of the print head.
Phase 6: The print head is firmly reinserted.
Phase 7: lock the cover.
If the error is not fixed by extracting and reinserting the print head, move to Method 2
Method 2-Requires the following steps
- Download the latest printer firmware via the Lexmark support website to correct Lexmark printer issues.
- Enter the printer model in the field of your product, then click the button for submission.
Download the latest printer firmware.
- Follow the download process and click the download button.
- Save file and run after downloading open.
