When you avoid these foods, you will eat more natural foods like lean meat, seafood, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, and more. Eating simple, healthy foods that are not processed make it easy to eat better. Don't stress if eating this way seems overwhelming. Just attempt to eat this way 80% of the time and soon it will become second nature.
