LeafX CBD Oil is a phytocannabinoid, one of over one hundred identified cannabinoids in cannabis plants. Our CBD is derived from the Hemp plant “Cannabis Sativa”. In the European Union, few variations are permitted to be cultivated, provided they are registered in the EU’s ‘Common Catalog of Varieties of Agricultural Plant Species’ and the tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content does not exceed 0.2 %.The current regulation for the UK for THC being less < 0.2% refers basically to the cultivation of hemp (for which a license is required), hemp products, such as hemp seeds and hemp oil derived by cold pressing of hemp seeds.
