The biggest HFCS item you probably have in your  Happy Keto Body Program Review kitchen is soda. It will be very difficult to lose belly fat and maintain drinking regular soda. There are some great alternative sodas without HFCS in the organic or natural section of your grocery store. Even just switching to a more natural sugar is better for you, but ultimately, you want to be drinking water. I know it seems you could never just crave water, but that is what happens when your insides are cleaned out and your body chemicals are more even keel.

Now all of this figuring out what to eat portion can be very tricky for some people who have never even ventured into the realm of healthy foods. Start small. Do you drink whole milk? Switch to 2% or even half whole milk and 2%. Then ween your way down to skim over the next few months. I promise you will not miss the fat by then. Go to a store that offers a large amount of organic and natural foods, like Whole Foods. They usually have a dining area near the cash registers where you can buy sandwiches, work on your computer, and sit and chat.

Just watch the folks going through the check out line. What do they look like? What foods are they buying? Soon you will start to see some repeat items or staples that you know you will want to try. Whole Foods is also really great about letting you sample anything before you buy it. Just go to customer service and ask for a taste test. Next, is exercising. Commit to walking 30 minutes a day. Studies have shown that aerobic and cardio activity burn fat all over your body, so it will burn your belly fat. But in addition to walking, or elliptical, or rowing machines or whichever form of cardio you choose, you need to do abdominal exercises to build up the muscle (yes, there is muscle) stored underneath that gut.
