Skincare: Exfoliation
It consists of removing dead cells and impurities that accumulate on the skin. With it we avoid later problems such as acne, we favor toning, elasticity and skin cell regeneration.
For the exfoliation ( scrub in English) we can use a cream or gel with suspended particles that will be responsible for dragging dead cells and impurities that clog the pores. But in Natural Cosmetics there are soaps that contain natural organic particles, as is the case of exfoliating soaps with micronized olive stone (olive stones crushed into particles as small as a micrometer).
These suspended particles are so small that they can adherently drag away impurities and cells that clog the pores of the skin. It is very important to exfoliate under suitable skin conditions. We should not exfoliate having irritated skin, after having a peel, having wounds on the skin, or after a tan.
To perform a correct exfoliation we must follow this guideline:
1) Carry out a Skin Cleaning, applying a massage with neutral soap. Do it better as we advise you, in a relaxed way
