If you forgot your password for Outlook, you can follow these steps to reset it:
Go to the Outlook sign-in page (
https://outlook.com) using a web browser.
Click on the "Sign in" button.
On the sign-in page, click on the "Can't access your account?" link. It is usually located below the password field.
You will be directed to the account recovery page. Select the option "I forgot my password" and click "Next."
Enter the email address associated with your Outlook account and enter the characters from the captcha image if prompted. Click "Next."
Now, you need to verify your identity. Depending on your account security settings, you may have different options available, such as receiving a verification code via email or text message, answering security questions, or using an authenticator app. Follow the prompts to complete the verification process.
Once you've successfully verified your identity, you will be able to create a new password. Enter a new password and confirm it by entering it again.
Click "Next" or "Reset" to save the new password.
You should receive a confirmation message indicating that your password has been reset.
Now, you can use your new password to sign in to your Outlook account.
