A: For standard machines, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines will depend on the clients specific requirements.
Q: What’s the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?
A: For the RECI W8 laser tube we give the warranty for 10 months, and the machine has 24 months guarantee too. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client s feedback. Parts except for consumable parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality
