Keto Fit Pro So why was she so slim and healthy looking. Now, I always eat breakfast and at the time of working with her I was yo-yo dieting and had not embarked on my 49 pound / 22 kilo weight loss journey. My breakfast was a bowl of muesli with semi-skimmed milk so fairly healthy. However, lunch was always on the hoof and at various times of the day. At the time I believed it was reasonably healthy and of the right quantity - however, now I know much better. My evening meal would always be large - and why shouldn't it be. I had worked hard all day and deserved it. The chunk of cheese I ate straight from the fridge as soon as I got home was fine as it wasn't part of my evening meal so therefore didn't count and the very large glass of wine was essential to calming me down - it had been a very stressful day!!
