While we are no longer actively investing in it, EWS is still available and supported for use in production environments.  However, we strongly suggest migrating to Microsoft Graph to access Exchange Online data and gain access to the latest features and functionality.   For more information and details on how to make the transition, please refer to the following articles:

Reset Your Password

Open your SBCGlobal Email Login Page. Now, put your Email address and click on Reset Password/ Forgot Password Button.

Then, Fill Current Password Textbox with your last remembering Password and give a new password.

Note: Password should be min 8 characters and must consist of Alphabets, Numbers and Special Characters.

Now, put the same in the Confirm Password box. If you want to avoid this problem in the future, you may sync this email through iCloud service.

Click on Apply Changes for resetting the password successfully.

If this solution does not work, use the other one.

There are a few things you can try to fix the SBCGlobal email setup issue on Apple devices:

Check your email settings. Make sure that your email settings are correct. You can find your email settings in your SBCGlobal account settings or contact SBCGlobal support for assistance.

Restart your Apple device. Sometimes, a simple restart can fix the problem.

Check your internet connection. Make sure that you are connected to the internet and that your internet connection is stable.

Use a different email client. If you are using the Mail app on your Apple device, try using a different email client, such as Outlook or Thunderbird.

Regards,
Peter
