Eating breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Additionally, most supermarkets nowadays have a self checkout lane, making the process of purchasing groceries quick and painless. In the amount of time that it would take you to run into your local grocery store to buy something, it is equivalent to or less than the amount of time that it would take you to sit at the drive through in line behind all of the other people who are making poor food choices first thing in the morning.
