First of all, you need to close your 2820 IntelliFax down.
Unplug all the power cables and electrical cords passing through the machine.
Now leave the machine like that to let it cool down.
Pull the front cover and the toner assembly as well.
Take the drum unit out of the IntelliFax unit.
Now remove the Toner from the drum unit after pressing the lock cover down.
Slide the toner cartridge slightly into the Drum unit and check the lever locks.
Make sure whether they are properly installed or not.
After the process is done, push the Drum Assembly back into the Machine.
