ClariVein Procedure is a minimally invasive, FDA-approved procedure for treating varicose veins using mechanochemical endovenous ablation. Rather than heat or incisions, it uses a tiny rotating wire catheter (“rotating fiber”) in combination with a medical solution to close off damaged veins. The ClariVein treatment typically takes about 30 minutes and is done in an outpatient setting. Because there’s no thermal energy or large cuts, recovery is fast—many patients return to normal activities quickly with minimal discomfort. ClariVein® both relieves symptoms (like pain, swelling) and improves cosmetic appearance.
