Outlook PST file may get corrupt due to oversize or any other virus in the mail that could damage PST file. The Inbox Repair tool can be used to remove arrows from Outlook PST file and get Outlook back to normal. Follow the steps mentioned in the article to repair pst file

First, you have to unhide your files in a system.

You can unhide hidden files from the control panel

Go to start and search for scanpst.exe

When the tool open, click on the browse button to locate the PST file.

Locate your mailbox.pst file through Outlook>>File Menu>>Account Settings>>Data files.

Once you find a you.PST file, click on a Start button.

Scanpst.exe will scan pst file for errors and if found ask you for repair

Click on Repair button. Your PST files will be recovered and your emails, contacts, attachments will be restored.
