Papa’s Scooperia is the 14th installment in the Papa Louie restaurant management series, first announced on January 16, 2018. The game features Carlo Romano and Koilee, both winners of the Papa’s Next Chefs 2017 competition. The storyline unfolds in Oniontown.
In Papa’s Scooperia, players are tasked with baking cookies, scooping ice cream, and fulfilling various customer requests while managing upgrades. Effective time management and performance are crucial to becoming the best Scooperia manager possible!
Character Profiles
Carlo Romano: A male character who first appeared in Papa’s Pizzeria. In Papa’s Scooperia, he serves as the male worker. Originally from Portallini, Carlo is also a skilled mandolin player.
Koilee: A cheerful chef at Papa Louie’s renowned establishment, Papa’s Scooperia. She resides in a charming two-story houseboat on Showa Pond, a large body of water surrounded by a scenic forest on the outskirts of Sakura Bay. Koilee considers herself the caretaker of Showa Pond, home to shimmering koi fish beneath the surface.
