Best Rogue Build For Season 7
Barrage Your Enemies
Naturally, you start with your basic ability. In this case, you take Puncture. Puncture lets you throw blades a short distance, but you slow enemies with every third attack. Additionally, you can throw these blades out pretty quickly, making it a perfect ability for Diablo 4 Items kiting enemies with its slow, letting you avoid getting stuck in a bad location and being killed with the lack of durability that you have as a Rogue, especially at lower levels. From here, Fundamental Puncture is a perfect upgrade for a Barrage build, as it hits more enemies and makes them vulnerable.
Next, you have your core ability and build your kit. In this case, you pick up Barrage, which fires multiple arrows that have a chance to ricochet. Like Puncture, Barrage has great upgrades available. In the beginning, Advanced Barrage is useful, since it gives you a higher critical strike chance if your Barrage ricochets a certain number of times. However, you'll want to switch to Improved Barrage once you have Precision since this will make enemies Vulnerable every third cast like Puncture does. Barrage uses Energy, so upgrading Puncture helps restore it for more uses.
Mobility Skill options are up next, which means you'll start picking up abilities that give you a lot of extra movement. Since you'll take both Shadow Step and Dash from this section, it doesn't matter which one you pick up first. With Dash, you get to move and damage, and slow enemies who are hit by your Dash. Then, for Shadow Step, you gain Unstoppable, movement speed and move behind your target to strike them. While you get damage and mobility with these abilities, you can use them strategically to dodge attacks.
Finally, take Shadow Imbuement and Cold Imbuement as your last active abilities. Having two Imbuement skills means that you can keep alternating which one you use, letting the other one cool down, and Diablo 4 Items for sale that increase your overall damage since you have a bonus from one or the other for a decent portion of combat. You want the Mixed option for both of these abilities for upgrades since it increases the damage from affected enemies. After picking up these abilities and unlocking the last section, take Precision as your passive.
In addition to these abilities, your skill tree has options for various passives. You can use these to boost areas in which you feel you need more power, such as taking Adrenaline Rush for more Energy regeneration or Second Wind for durability. Otherwise, you can pick up the more standard options, like Agile for increased dodge chances and Impetus for a damage boost. The Rogue is wonderfully versatile, so you can make a lot of small changes work with the overall build, and getting Witchcraft Powers helps out even more.
