"Salesforce for Outlook" replaces the Outlook Connector for Outlook 2010. (The only issue being 64-bit OS)

Log in / Setup / Personal Setup / Desktop Integration / Salesforce for Outlook

Should give you everything you need there.

Open your Salesforce Org.
Search Outlook in the quick find box and Select Outlook Integration and Sync.
Then enable Outlook Integration and Lightning Sync button.
Enable Use Enhanced Email with Outlook and Click Active and Notify Reps.

Hope This Works,
Peter
