Open the folder that contains your company file.
Find which files have the same name as your company files, but with extensions .ND (company_file.qbw.nd) and .TLG (company_file.qbw.tlg).
Right-click each file and choose Rename. Add the word OLD at the end of each file name (example: company_file.qbw.nd.OLD).
Open your books again.
