Celebrity chef and South Philadelphia native Steve Martorano is coming home to personally serve his world-famous meatballs for all of Philadelphia. Martorano's Prime, an Italian-American steakhouse, will open today Thursday, July 27 at 6 p.m. at Rivers Casino Philadelphia in Fishtown. Online reservations are available now at OpenTable.com .

Martorano's Prime is open Thursday through Saturday, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The last seat is 9:45 p.m., and the bar is open until 12:30 a.m. The main restaurant can seat about 200 guests, with an additional 24 private dining rooms. Reservations are recommended but not required.

Martorano's Prime is the acclaimed chef's first Philadelphia signature restaurant in more than three decades, fusing the founder's famous Italian-American menu with upscale steakhouse staples. Elevated with Martorano's signature style, Rivers Casino Philadelphia will be Martorano's Prime location for the second time after its successful debut at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh in 2021. Martorano's Prime in Pittsburgh was named the "Best New Restaurant of 2022" by Casino Player magazine.

Martorano's Prime in Philly's unique chef's table is located just inside the kitchen, complete with all the cooking moves. This close-up, personal, and immersive experience will give guests an inside look at what makes Martorano's unique dining experience.

The chef's table will feature customized tasting menus to showcase the restaurant's signature dishes, seasonal ingredients, and innovative techniques. The chef will present and explain each course himself, answer questions, prepare dishes, and provide insights into the kitchen team's culinary creativity, techniques, and artistry.

"I can't wait to taste the homemade food that Philadelphia makes with our family's recipes," said Martorano. "From the moment you walk through the door; you will know that you are learning old Italian cuisine. From start to finish, it will be an unforgettable experience for you."

Cafe Martorano in Lauderdale, Ft., has remained a mainstream South Florida company for more than three decades, leading the upscale restaurant market there. Martorano's restaurant group previously operated successful locations in Atlantic City and Las Vegas.

Martorano wrote two autobiographical cookbooks: "Yo Cuz! My Life, My Food, My Way" and "It's Ant Sauce, It's Gravity."

Gourmet magazine famously called Steve Martorano's meatballs the best in the world. Martorano's fame has pushed him to appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live as well as repeatedly appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live and cooking demonstrations on the shows Good Morning America and Today.

Martorano takes pride in providing a restaurant experience that stimulates all senses. While customers enjoy the rich flavor of food, the smell of authentic Italian-American cuisine fills the air, old Hollywood movies are on screens throughout the restaurant, and hip music plays in the background. It's an atmosphere that can only be found in Martorano's.

Macaroni lovers will enjoy Martorano's favorite and always-popular language, clams, spaghetti carbonara, his famous meatballs with Sunday gravy and Martorano salad, and spicy penne vodka. Traditional steakhouse fans will savor the mouth-watering side, and the steak is always luxurious. The highlights are veal parmesan, filet synatra, and lobster française.

Delicious desserts complete a great meal. Martha Daley-Martorano, Martorano's wife and business partner, offers Lilly Cakes, the premium line of "All-American Desserts for All Cases." Heath bacakes with red velvet, cookies and cream, triple chocolate, and brown butter are some of the restaurant's classic desserts, along with banana cream pies.

Since May 2023, guests have also been enjoying Martorano's Sicilian Slice, located on a casino marketplace a few steps from the main restaurant.

The fresh Sicilian-style pizza features a mouthwatering San Marzano tomato sauce and premium homemade mozzarella cheese. The pizza is topped with Calabria oregano and fresh basil, all drizzled with extra-Virgin olive oil from Francois. The slice contains a pinch of pecorino Romano cheese, which is also served with a hearty topping of Molinari pepperoni.

In addition to the Sicilian slice, a Lily Cakes portable dessert outlet will be launched on the marketplace soon.

"Martorano's Prime, Sicilian slices, and Lily cakes take our restaurant offerings to the next level," said Eric Altaus, general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia. "If you haven't been to Rivers Casino recently, head to Fishtown. Pasta, pizza, and pastry are fresh and hot."  슬롯사이트 순위
